These terms apply when you buy from bullfactorynutrition.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Bull Factory Ltd
Registered in England and Wales, Company number 16258837
VAT number: [VAT NUMBER]

Blackburn: 362A Whalley Range, Blackburn, BB1 6NN
Preston: 22 New Hall Lane, Preston, PR1 4DU

Telephone: 07481 150476

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot fulfil your order, because an item is out of stock, because it was listed at the wrong price, or for any other reason, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where the order appears to be for resale, or where we cannot verify the delivery address.

3. Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 to buy from us.

Some products are not suitable for people under 18, including high-caffeine pre-workouts and certain other supplements. These are marked on the product page. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel an order where we are not satisfied the buyer is old enough.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and [include / exclude] VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take payment at the point you place your order. Payment is handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER] and we never see or store your full card details.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the corrected price, and if you do not, we will cancel and refund in full.

5. Delivery

[TO BE COMPLETED. This section needs to state: delivery options and prices, free delivery threshold, order cut-off time, estimated delivery times for each option, which areas are covered including any Highlands and Islands surcharge, whether you ship outside mainland UK, and what happens if a parcel goes missing.]

Where no delivery time is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. If nobody is available and the courier leaves the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour at your instruction, delivery is treated as complete.

6. Click and collect

Where you choose to collect from one of our shops, we will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

Orders not collected within [14] days may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, tell us in writing before the 14 days are up. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. You pay the cost of return unless the item was faulty or wrongly supplied. We recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. We refund the price of the goods plus standard outbound delivery. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund only the standard rate.

Important exception. Your right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed, for health protection or hygiene reasons. Because we sell food supplements, this means we cannot accept the return of any product where the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, unless the product is faulty. Please check you have ordered the right thing before opening it.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery costs, and we will cover the cost of return.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have a right to a full refund within 30 days of receiving them, and to a repair, replacement or partial refund after that.

9. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but packaging, formulations and flavours are changed by manufacturers from time to time. Always read the label on the product you receive before use.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children.

Nothing on our website or said by our staff is medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking any supplement.

You are responsible for checking the ingredients of any product against your own requirements, including any allergies or intolerances, and for checking that a product is permitted under the rules of any sport you compete in.

10. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time of issue. Unless we say otherwise, one code may be used per order, codes cannot be used together, and they have no cash value. We may withdraw a code at any time.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.

12. Website use

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and the Bull Factory name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or withdraw it for maintenance or business reasons.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email or call 07481 150476 and we will try to sort it out. We aim to acknowledge complaints within [3] working days.

14. General

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and will tell you in writing if we do.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.

If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do under these terms, that does not prevent us from doing so later.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and both you and we can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
